COVID-19 Pandemic Safety Protocol and Store Schedule
UPDATED 4-9-2020

To our Valued Customers,

Our retail stores are open for commercial fishing and industrial marine sales. Seattle and Bellingham, WA will be open 8am-5pm Monday-Friday beginning Thursday, April 9th. Our store in Kodiak, Alaska will be open 8am-6pm Monday-Friday beginning Monday, April 13th. Those 3 locations will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays until May 1st.

Our Naknek, Alaska store will be open May 15th, 7 days a week. Our Seamar Naknek crew will arrive May 1st and self-quarantine until May 15th. The Naknek store will be offering delivery to Boatyards and Canneries. Check the local Naknek store for hours.

To ensure safety and to reduce the possible exposure to the coronavirus, all stores will continue to enforce the Covid-19 safety protocols as we all have since early March. Only 10 people will be allowed in the retail stores at a time and we ask that our customers stay at least 6 feet apart when in the store.

For our customers who do not wish to shop inside the store, we are still offering on-account charges and credit card will calls at those same locations. Sorry, no cash or checks at this time for will call pickups. The distribution shipping and receiving docks will be open and you can pick up your orders from there. Look for signs directing you to the pickup location. You will be notified when your order is ready. At that time, we ask that you follow the Covid-19 personal distancing protocols of at least 6 feet.

You can shop the Seattle store online at www.seamar.com (or for our b2b customers you can shop at www.b2b.seamar.com). We can either ship to you, or you can choose Will Call/Seattle Store Pickup at checkout. Or if it’s easier for you, you can email us at seamar@seamar.com, call us at 800-426-2783 or fax us at 206-285-7925 and place your order for will call or for shipping from Seattle.

For our customers who are on a regular delivery schedule or have already placed your orders, we will ship on-time without interruption per our normal shipping schedule.

Lastly, out of an abundance of caution to protect our employees and customers and in order to ensure personal distancing, we may at times be busy and/or understaffed and ask that you be patient if you are waiting in line or your order does not ship or is not ready in will call as quickly as you are accustomed. We appreciate your patience and will communicate with you as soon as your order is ready.

With a little patience and understanding we will navigate these uncharted waters together. Our employees and customers are also our good friends and neighbors and we wish nothing but health, well-being and safety for all. We will communicate any updates as they come.

Sincerely,

Michele Dankers
Vice President
Seattle Marine and Fishing Supply Co.
