Pre-bordered, square mesh netting is REALLY easy to use!
These are just ideas to let you know what you can do with our square mesh netting on your own.
The basic options are to make either a permanent panel - which is quick and easy - or a sliding, retractable panel, which can be bunched up like a shower curtain.
These drawings are of the retractable version. The permanent (even cheaper and easier) version is even simpler. You just add rope to the corners, and hang it up!
How to install the CORNER KIT.
The Corner Kit allows you to add rope to the corners of your square mesh panel of netting. You'll find this handy for installing a FIXED PANEL.
This picture shows our pre-bordered (top and bottom) square mesh being cut. It's a simple installation. Square mesh is less adapatable, but when you call us at 800-426-2783, you can choose netting to fit your specific application based on:
- Height
- Mesh size
To determine what will NOT pass through the holes.
- Twine size
This is the strength of the netting. Volleyballs are low impact, baseballs and hockey pucks are higher impact and require heavier twine.
- Length
Can be whatever you like.
Here is an example of DIAMOND MESH being hung to a border rope. The HANGING secures the MESHES to the BORDER. Once secured, the netting will retain its shape. Note that DIAMOND MESH is adaptable in height depending on the SPACING of the HANGINGS. This way, one size of netting can fit multiple heights - in this case, a boat railing. A customer with a 2 foot railing and a customer with a 3 foot railing MIGHT use the same netting, but hang it with a different spacing. If you are working with BORDERED diamond mesh netting panels, the installation will be about the same as is pictured in the pre-bordered SQUARE mesh section.
