3M Marine 5200 Adhesive/Sealant
Top
This high-performance polyurethane adhesive/sealant becomes tack free in 48 hours, completely cures in 5-7 days with no shrinkage. The seal is extremely strong, retains its strength above or below the waterline. Stays flexible too--allows for structural movement. Stress caused by shock, vibration, swelling or shrinking is effectively absorbed. Has excellent resistance to weathering and salt water. Check the bonding and sealing jobs this product can handle for you: fiberglass deck to fiberglass hull, wood to fiberglass, portholes and deck fittings, motors on fiberglass transoms, under mouldings, hull seams above and below the water line. Center board trunk joints. Between struts and planking. Stern joints. Deck housing, etc. Easy to apply with manual caulking gun. Remains workable with trowel or spatula up to four hours after application. Won't sag or flow in vertical or horizontal seams. Available in tubes, cartridges and pails.

FSR, Fiberglass stain remover, is a unique stain absorbing gel that serves a variety of purposes both ashore and afloat. It's ideal for removing oil, rust, exhaust, waterline and transom stains, yet it also can be used anywhere else fiberglass stains may crop up- shower stalls, furniture, etc. Use for removing road soil from trailered boats and recreational vehicles. Its non-abrasive quality means that it's safe to use on white painted surfaces as well as on gel-coat. Requires no sanding or compounding. Simply apply with a brush, sponge or cloth. Wait a few minutes and then wipe off or rinse.

A single component non-skid safety coating for use on most wood, steel, aluminum. fiberglass and masonry surfaces. The no-slip formula resists cold, heat, salt water, corrosion, abrasion and impact. Formula 400 is used on yachts, ships, barges, canneries, factory floors, decks, ramps, walkways, stairs, towboats, aircraft factories and industrial installations.

Gloss: Flat. Fluorescent paint can be applied to Kel-Kote 400 to further illuminate accident prone areas.      Color: 400XS Light Gray
 Recommended Thickness: 25 MDFT Practical Coverage: 75 square feet per gallon Reducer: Kel-Kote Formula 102 AB Pot Life: Five years minimum at 70° F ± 5° F Dry Time: Two hours at 75° F; six hours at 75° F; 48 hours at 50° F. Surface Preparation: Surface shall be free of dirt, grease, corrosion, moisture and poorly adhered coatings. Surface must be completely dry before application. Packaging: One and Five gallon cans. Weight per gallon: 11 pounds. Flash point: 85° F TCC Mixing: Power equipment recommended. Mix thoroughly, incorporating all pigment, vehicle and aggregate.
